(HMSI) inaugurated its 2nd Skills Improvement Center in Rajasthan in collaboration with the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Kota. The new center will enable young people in the region to acquire employment-oriented technical skills as part of corporate CSR in the city.

Ltd.

Ltd. said, “In keeping with our commitment to upgrade the skills of local youth and improve their employability, we are proactively supporting the Skill India mission to empower Indian youth. BS-VI emission standards have increased the demand for skilled technical labor in the automotive sector. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, students were unable to get hands-on training. HMSI’s second skills improvement center in Rajasthan in Kota will provide improved recovery facilities for hands-on training while ensuring all safety protocols. The HMSI Skills Improvement Center at ITI Kota has a fully functional workshop with two-wheelers and service infrastructure to give hands-on training to students on the technical aspects of maintenance and repair of vehicles. two wheels. Upon completion of the training program, HMSI will also support recruiting opportunities for successful candidates at HMSI dealerships.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, HMSI has taken several initiatives in the direction of skills development. Currently, HMSI operates 45 skills development centers in 19 Indian states.
