Job: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Supervisor at KPMG

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and implementing CSR initiatives and activities in line with KPMG’s strategy.


Resetilly and manastolties, internal government and estey participation
Develop detailed CSR work plans based on the company’s CSR program. Coordinate and execute CSR activities in accordance with the approved CSR plan and proactively manage issues/challenges that may arise.
Research and monitor social trends to identify CSR opportunities and key issues to exploit
Identify and manage a network of professional relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners such as educational institutions, healthcare institutions, government agencies, etc., community leaders, non-profit organizations and the beneficiaries of CSR
Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
Organize, facilitate and attend meetings with the main stakeholders identified
Engage internal stakeholders in CSR activities to gain support and buy-in.
Collaborate with multiple business divisions/units to ensure timely delivery of CSR initiatives
Oversee and manage the logistics and planning of CSR events
Coordinate and manage volunteers for CSR activities
Coordinate the development and updating of CSR promotional materials, including press releases, newsletters, email announcements, planned publications, online, intranet, video, etc.
Conduct an evaluation of CSR initiatives to determine impact and continued relevance, and make recommendations to the CSR Committee on the findings
Monitor and develop periodic reports on the status of implementation of CSR activities
Prepare the annual CSR report on activities and performance
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Market Operations and CSR Partner.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 2nd class upper division in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of CSR or in an NGO
Previous CSR experience in a corporate environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Very good stakeholder management and engagement skills
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Project) .
Great attention to detail
Ability to take initiative
Strong sense of job ownership, responsibility, accountability and reliability.
